Custom Engraving

HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCT

• Order any of our products from the webiste, and make sure you choose "varnished" finish. 
• Immediatley email info@shawandtenney.com. Let us know you just placed an order and would like to add engraving. Include your phrase and/or image in .jpg, .pdf, .tif, or .gif format. The higher the resolution the better. 
• Your order will not go into production until we have your image to be engraved.
• We will email you an invoice for the engraving that can be paid online. Short phrases are $18, logos are $25. Oversized engravings will have a custom price. 
• After your oar or paddle has been made, you will receive a proof from us to approve before it is engraved.
• Our low fee covers laying out the design, emailing you a proof to approve, and the actual engraving work. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for excessive edits or design work.
