HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM ENGRAVED PRODUCT

• Order any of our products from the webiste. 
• Immediatley email info@shawandtenney.com. Let us know you just placed an order and would like to add engraving. Include your phrase and/or image in .jpg, .pdf, .tif, or .gif format. The higher the resolution the better. 
• Your order will not go into production until we have your image to be engraved.
• We will email you an invoice for the engraving that can be paid online. Short phrases are $15, logos are $20. Oversized engravings will have a custom price. 
• After your oar or paddle has been made, you will receive a proof from us to approve before it is engraved.
• We are not a graphic desgin firm, and our $15-$20 fee does not cover excessive edits or design work. If your engraving proof email chain goes beyond four emails or two phone calls, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
